Absolutely yes, if you reside in the UK we accept telephone orders but international orders can only be placed via the website. We can confirm stock availability over the phone and speed of the delivery service when you call. We have a safe and unique paying system; when the order is placed for the item you require by our team and once the payment amount is confirmed, we'll send you a payment request to your email address. You can then enter your card details on your own device rather than reading them out over the phone. This enables higher enhanced security, removing risk as nobody but you, will see your card payment details. It's also possible to order items that are currently out of stock as long as the item is available from the manufacturer. You will receive an email notification when the order is placed and you will be notified of your order progress, as well as tracking details once we despatch.
