What size Barbour liner would you recommend for an Ashby jacket?

I have an Ashby jacket that is a good fit, I would normally look at a 46 liner but what size would you recommend?

While Barbour typically recommends matching the liner size to the jacket size for their relaxed models (like the Beaufort or Bedale), the Ashby is a tailored, slim-fit jacket. If you put a size 46 liner into a size 46 Ashby, you will likely find it feels uncomfortably bulky, and possibly bunches up in the back, and makes the jacket look padded rather than sleek.
