You will be pleased to know your order was despatched just 40 minutes after it was placed today. You should have already received a despatch notification via email with your invoice and a clickable courier tracking link. If you haven't received this, please check your junk folder in your email account and if you still need assistance please contact our customer service team for the required details. Even though your order has already left us, the parcel won't be scanned until it reaches the central sorting hub in the UK. Once it is scanned you will be able to track the remainder of the journey, and if you have the courier app, you can get your delivery date and estimated delivery time as well as add a safe place to leave the parcel if you're not going to be in.
