Ideally, the Schoffel Porth straw hat should be stored in a hat box to prevent damage when travelling. Otherwise, we would suggest filling the crown of the hat with soft clothing and tightly surrounding it with more clothing to try and maintain the hat's original form when packing it in luggage.
