Is lotus grill gel safe and suitable for indoor use with the Lotus Grill?

The Lotus Grill lighter gel is not suitable for indoor use. This gel is clean burning and virtually odourless; however, given the nature of this product it releases carbon monoxide fumes rapidly even if the air looks clear. For safety reasons the Lotus grill BBQ although portable is a strictly outdoor use appliance, perfect for gardens, parks and campsites. Even a large kitchen with an extractor fan is not considered sufficient ventilation for a charcoal-based appliance.
