What are the inch measurements for a 4XL in the Schoffel Cottesmore Fleece?

My other Schoffel zip up fleece is a 4XL and it doesn't give a size in inches on the label.

The Schoffel Cottesmore fleece size 54 is the equivalent to the size 4XL. This is suitable for a chest size of 54 inches and is measured across from one underarm to the other as 27 inches approx. The sleeve length is 29 inches approx. And the back length is 33 inches approx.
