Does the Barbour Langdale Gilet have zipped pockets and is size Small a 38 inch chest?

I've had problems with sizing on gilets, so I need actual measurements with tape measure please to assure I order correct size.

The Barbour Langdale Gilet does have 2 zipped pockets. We have measured the gilet pit to pit, and it measures 53.34cm or 21 inches approx.
