We despatch 99% of orders the same day if purchased before 1pm. This includes weekends also but delivery services usually take place within Monday to Friday. Once you place your order, we will despatch most orders on a 48hr delivery service unless the express delivery option is chosen and we ship all express orders on 24hr delivery services. If you order before 1pm today with express delivery, it should arrive with you tomorrow and if you use the free delivery option on today (Tuesday), it should arrive Thursday or Friday this week. Orders placed after 1pm may be shipped the next working day depending on which warehouse the stock is in. Whatever time of day you purchase, if you need fast same day despatch, please drop us a message and we can confirm if this is possible or not. We always endeavour to ship all orders as soon as possible and the courier service we use will be the most efficient and cost effective option. Express delivery means we will assign staff to pick your order earlier so it jumps the queue, and the delivery service the order is sent with, will be the fastest service possible for your location.
