Unfortunately, the charge is there for Zone 2 deliveries as per our delivery information page. Most couriers charge extra for anywhere that requires a 2 day delivery service because it takes them longer and costs them more to deliver, often with more than 1 delivery driver. On this occasion your order was small enough to be sent via Royal Mail and no extra cost to us, so your delivery charge has been refunded. If you ever incur a delivery charge to Northern Ireland again, please feel free to message our customer service team and they can advise you further before placing your order. If the order can be sent on a slower service with a courier who will not charge the extra fee, then staff will be able to remove or refund the postage. If the order is sent with anyone other than Royal Mail then it will cost us over £15 to deliver to Northern Ireland and any delivery charge then cannot be refunded. We've asked customer service to email you with your postage refund details.
