As you say, the Schoffel Men's Burrough Jacket is water repellent but not designed to be fully waterproof. While it should withstand showery rain, we wouldn't recommend relying on it in heavy rain. The four-way stretch material is moisture-wicking, helping to dry you off quickly if you do get damp.
