Does the LotusGrill come with charcoal and lighter fluid like it does on the manufacturer site?

If you buy from the manufacturer it comes with a carry bag, lighter fluid, and a bag of charcoal. Does it come with these extras when purchased from PM?

The Lotus Grill does not currently come with charcoal and lighter fluid, these are both available to buy seperately. The grill does come with a carry bag, for making sure the BBQ is easy to take with you and protected on adventures.
