Our exchange service staff in the returns department can arrange your replacement, this can either be done once the returned order is received or alternatively you can contact us to advise us of the return. We can also confirm the availability of the replacement product wanted at the same time. If the exchange item wanted is dearer, we request that you ring us to pay via card payment over the telephone, alternatively we are happy to ring you to do this, if requested. Card payments are processed in a secure environment and no details are stored with security protection paramount. If paying via card over the telephone is not suitable or inconvenient for you, we can offer other ways to pay. Simply call us to ask for this option or pop a note in with your return parcel and we will do everything we can to accommodate your preferences.
