Our exchange service staff in the returns department can arrange your replacement, this can either be done once the returned order is received or alternatively you can contact us to advise us of the return. We can also confirm the availability of the replacement product wanted at the same time. We now provide free returns for exchanges but if the exchange item wanted is dearer, we can send you a secure payment link to pay from your own device. We are happy to ring you to arrange this. Card payments are processed in a secure environment and no details are stored with security protection paramount. If paying via card is not suitable or inconvenient for you, we can offer other ways to pay. Simply contact us to ask for this option or pop a note in with your return parcel and we will do everything we can to accommodate your preferences.
