Yes the 90-day pro promise money back guarantee applies to Le Creuset toughened non-stick bakeware. If you are not fully satisfied with your product then you have 90 days to return it to Le Creuset, not the retailer you purchased from. You must have proof of purchase from the retailer you have purchased from and then complete the returns form on their website and return it to Le Creuset. We do operate a 90 day returns policy for products that are unused and still saleable condition.
