No, these mugs are not 14oz to the brim yet they are a bit larger than the stated size allowing for space to avoid any spillage. The Le Creuset stoneware mug is approximately 13.5oz or 400ml to the very top of the brim. The cup is advertised as 350ml which is just under 12oz and this leaves approximately 1.5 inches or 1.27cm of space from the top when 350ml or 11.83oz of liquid is added the cup.
