We will compare to the original Momentum non-stick performance. The key difference found between the Circulon Total stainless steel stir fry wok and the Momentum Hard Anodised stir fry wok is the outer construction. The Circulon Total wok is crafted from stainless steel with a hard anodised body. The stainless steel wok also features a nest generation 3 coat non-stick interior. The stainless steel wok pan is only oven safe up to 180°C whereas the Circulon stir fry wok is oven safe up to 220°C and features a helper handle.
