Yes the bake tray in the Prestige bake set is suitable for cakes. The Presitge Nadiya Hussain bake set is suitable for roasting and baking. It features two trays, a large oven tray 10 inches x 15 inches or 25.4cm x 38.1cm and a medium roast and bake tin 9 inches x 13 inches or 22.86cm x 33.02cm. Both feature a black non-stick PFOA-free interior that prevents foods from sticking and are oven safe up to 220°C or 245°F equivalent to Gas Mark 7. The medium roast and bake tin is suitable for baking your favourite cakes and bakes. Although the interior is non-stick, we do recommend using parchment paper when baking.
