The Circulon Total Stainless Steel Stir Fry Wok can fit a total of 4 UK Pints of liquid inside which converts to 2 qt or 2.27 litres. However, we would recommend only filling the wok with 3 UK Pints of liquid which converts to 1.5 qt or 1.7 litres. So this would be the closest option to 1.5qt. We have lots of different sized Circulon saucepans so you need smaller than this to get closer to a 1qt size. The Circulon Total Stainless Steel Stir Fry Wok has a diameter of 26cm or 10.23 inches inside the pan and a total of 45.5cm or 17.91 inches including the handle. We measure pans by width size in the UK as the volume can differ depending on the height and what would safely be considered as the safe amount of contents.
