We have a simple returns process; you can return your order for a refund or exchange up to 28 days after you have received your delivery. Please contact us before returning where we can advise of the latest process. If you would like an exchange, we can supply a free return post label or if you wish to return for a refund, we will still supply the label if requested and simply deduct £6.50 from your refund.
